Birgit Kraml has been with Wolf Theiss since 2001. Birgit is an expert in project developments and specializes in private and public property law, tenancy law, construction, plant and environmental law, as well as real estate dispute resolution and is an expert for shopping centers. She has extensive experience in contract negotiations and represents clients before national civil and administrative courts and authorities. Birgit gained international experience while studying and working in London and Paris. She already specialized in planning and environmental law during her PhD at the University of Vienna and holds an LL.M degree from the London School of Economics. Birgit held lectures for environmental law (master program) at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences Vienna and at the Vienna University of Technology, and is the editor of the Wolf Theiss Real Estate & Construction – Newsletter „Inside Real Estate & Construction“. Birgit further deals with developments in the real estate sector, here in particular with „Prop Techs“.
